The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by an employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The award is based solely on the Encompass Lending Group employee feedback from the survey administered just a few months ago. More than 48% of employees participated. Being named a Top Workplace is a significant achievement, considering only 199 companies made this year’s list.
